“I like who I am!” Observing your positive traits

When was the last time you thought, “I like who I am!” A long time? Never? I want you to jot down a quick list of things you like about yourself–never mind the things you don’t like–just the things you like and put the list in your pocket or somewhere where you can touch it. Then, today, every time you start to put yourself down, put your hand on that list and think about how your positive traits help others. Let me know what happens.
